About this event
Learn the choux dough-making process and practice piping cream puffs and éclairs in this hands-on baking class. Under the guidance of master baker Jodi Leynse, you will prepare vanilla pastry cream and chocolate glaze to finish your own batch to take home. No prior experience is required, and all necessary ingredients and equipment are provided for you.
