Email hello@utahcircles.com. Include the email address on your account and, for app problems, the version shown under Settings → About (for example “1.0 (6696497)”) so we can look at the exact build you’re running. Utah Circles is a small team and the apps are in beta, so please allow a few days for a reply.

• Didn’t get the verification email? Check your spam folder, then use “Resend verification” on the sign-in screen. Verification links expire after 24 hours; you can request a new one at any time.
• Signed up with Google or Apple? Keep using that button — there is no separate Utah Circles password for your account.
• Want to change your password? Open Settings → Account in the app or on the web.

Push and email notifications are controlled per category under Settings → Notifications, so you can keep event reminders and mute the rest. If pushes stop arriving on your phone, check that notifications for Utah Circles are still allowed in your phone’s system settings.

You can block anyone from their profile; blocked people can’t message you or see your activity, and the list lives under Settings → Blocked users. Report an event, circle, message, or profile from its menu — reports go to our team for review. If something is urgent or involves your safety, email us directly at hello@utahcircles.com with “urgent” in the subject.

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy. To permanently delete your account and its data, use Settings → Delete account in the app, or delete it from the web without the app installed.

Utah Circles runs on the web at utahcircles.com, on iPhone and iPad from the App Store, and on Android from Google Play. The same account works everywhere, and unread state follows you across devices.
