Each week, therapist Nick Steffens, CMHC-I, shares insights on a fresh topic before opening the floor for a guided group talk. You are welcome to bring up your own ideas for discussion as well. It is a space for building self-awareness and community, though please keep in mind that this is a support group rather than a clinical therapy session.
