About this event
Come learn the ropes of sourdough baking with Jordan Davis from Mooon Bread. You will get hands-on experience working with dough, plenty of samples to snack on, and your own active starter to take home. The session also covers the Mooon Bread Method with a video course and baking instructions so you can keep going in your own kitchen. There is even a fun starter naming contest with a prize to round out the evening.
