Explore Rick Silva: Dirt Nap at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art

About this event

Experience a series of video works that explore the radical act of intentional rest. Through forty-six short clips, you will watch the artist napping in various natural landscapes across the Western United States. This exhibition invites you to slow down and consider your own physical connection to the environment. It is a quiet, meditative space meant to encourage reflection on themes of healing and our relationship with nature.
